Do I pay GJQ anything to collect my debts?

No. We take the risk for you. Gestion Jugement Québec handles the entire process once we buy your debts.

Do I have to send you all my information for you to review my file?

We wil review your file to make sure the debtor isn’t deceased or bankrupt.

We must also be able to determine exactly who your debtor’s. We don’t know your debtors personally and those with a common name (“Jean Tremblay”) may be difficult to find.

This is why we need as much information as you have available or can member.

How long does it take to review my file?

It will take us 7 to 14 days to perform our review before we can make you an offer.
